New Business Development Position
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for locating new opportunities for Elite Guard Security, by visiting existing and new customers.

Direct contact with people of all levels both internally and external, and will need to work with customer’s sales groups.

Must be responsive to the customer’s needs and follow through on all aspects of request, both written and verbal.

Required to work closely with the CEO, when responding to a Request For Proposal (RFP) to inform him of market conditions, pricing issues and the current competition on the program.

Make presentations to various groups within the customer’s organization when needed.

Will be the lead person on preparing the written proposal in response to customer’s RFP, and coordinate all information from the different disciplines and arrange the formal response.

Will act as technical representative to the customer, during the initial contact.
Education and Experience:
-
Experience in Industrial markets.
-
3-5 years’ experience in securing Contact agreements

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Able to work with minimal supervision.

Able to work individually and as part of a team.

Needs to have excellent relationship-building skills.

Computer literate, high level of accuracy and detail oriented.

Must be able to handle multiple functions at the same time and maintain good organizational skills.
Physical Demands:

Regularly required to stand or sit, reach, bend and move about the facility.

Various travel schedules.
Work Environment:

At times may come in contact with unpleasant odors and oily conditions while at customer’s facilities.
Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
